Steam downloaded a 115 MB patch for civ 6, anywhere to see patch notes?

Such relatively large patches usually contain something interesting, no? But I find no patch notes on steam news, at least not yet. Does that mean they just fixed some kind of minor bug, or what?

It could be preloading changes for GS as R&F features become baseline.

I had a ton of mine update. Looks like something related to steam.

According to steamdb, the public branch of the Civ VI hasn't been updated for two months, so it must have been related to Steam itself.

I only had Civ VI update ... it was 198mb in size. I havent pre-ordered GS yet.

Don't worry folks. If it was any kind of official update, we would have gotten some type of patch notes from Firaxis. They always release patch notes for game changes like the quarterly updates.

It was definitely a steam thing. It downloaded a small update for every game I have installed too.

I got my Civ6 to update, but I can't get my other games to update. Steam can be frustrating with the updates not working, there's a trick to it, but I can't remember what it is.

For me, it was just a series of 0 byte updates to every installed game in my Steam portfolio. Pretty clearly a Steam thing.

Right-click the game. Choose Properties -> Local Files -> Check Integrity ...

True. For me, it also forces a DL of new updates

all mine finally finished updating. It just took a long time for them to activate. It wouldn't do it when I was looking at it. Only when I had it minimized.

If you see the update as "queued" then you can go into library > downloads, and make it update immediately

I got most of my games for a download size which was too low to display (it basically said 0)

It was just a nerf for England.
