Steam synch problem

Its a couple of days when i start Civ 5, steam alert me all my progress will not be saved if i continue, like when you are offline. Im not offline!! Yesterday i achieved "Llanfairpwllgwyngyll" achievement using Attila, its very rare, i don't want loose him!!
Pls help me.

Do you experience internet problems under other instances outside of steam?

Nope, internet in general seems fine, anyway problem seems solved.
I tried to connect to Steam with my laptop and all its fine so i reconnect with my main PC and now the message its gone and the game starts like ever.
Unfortunately the "Llanfairpwllgwyngyll" achievement its gone, cause if i load a turn before building city my settler ever founding "Stirling". Too bad.
