Steam won't update Civ VI Patch?

My steam client refuses to update the Fall Update as if the new patch never existed. I tried going into the game property and fiddled with the update settings but the update still won't start. Help? Don't know if it's relevent but I'm running a macOS Sierra 10.12 Macbook Air.
