Steam Workshop Mod Location?

They are no longer in ~/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Mods/

FYI that folder is empty after I trashed it before subscribing to mods on Steam. So where are they?!

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content\289070

Each subscribed mod is assigned a mystery folder ID# when uploaded, and that is the sub-folder the mod will download into under the ~\289070 folder.

Apparently this is some "great idea" dreamt up by Steam.
