I noticed moving onto clones workers that there is no way to upgrade Steampunk Workers.

They upgrade to Android workers, I can switch steampunk workers to upgrade to Modern Era worker
Seems like its build actions never got revised, now it can do same things as Industrial workers since they are close to each other.

They are better than modern workers in terms of work output, should upgrade to clones.

I replaced it with what Industrial Workers can do
