First I want to welcom you all to my new NES, StHeiNE(S)1.
I plan to use the world map made by Plexus (the realy big one) and if Plexus say "No take it away" I will use a normal one.
Then the rules:

Economy:
I plan to make an economy mostly based on trading (even if that will be later in the NES) so at the start it's rather easy.
Here is the diffrent economy levels:

Non-existance (minimum)
Very Poor
Poor (here you start)
Stable
Accaptable
Growing/Thriwing
Prosperous
Outstanding
Unbelivable (max)

At the begining it's just like normal, later in the game I will join reasurces and such with diffrent market price and such, also a lot of this reasurces will be needed for diffrent units (like nukes and tanks). For each economy level you may have 2 upgrades of other things, you can not increase anything else while increasing economy.
You must tell how you upgrade you economy.

Technology:
All starts in Cooper Age (3000 bc) I hope to let the technology go around how it was in RL.
Ages:

Cooper Age
Bronze Age
Iron Age
Barbarian Age (no new army units, just some ireatating barbs)
Classical Age
Middle Age
Dark Age
Imperial Age
Pre-Industrial Age
Industrial Age
Pre-Modern Age
Modern Age
Late Modern Age
Future Age
The "you can't understand the tech" Age

in some ages (later ones) I will set in special things you have to reacherse.
thats it with age's and techs.

Army:
Army is in number, but it's also in special units, like UU and others.
You start with getting hundred for each increase in army. It is also training goes like this. (after the / for navy)

Milita / Sailors
Trained / Trained Sailors
Veterans / Veteran Sailors
Elites / Elites Sailors
War Elites / Naval Warfare Specialists (Elites with much more experience)

Also it will be a morale level of your army, goes like this:

Very Bad
Bad
ok
Good
Very Good
Superb

And of course it's diffrent units, I will here post for each age:

Cooper Age:
Macemen
Spearmen
Early Horsemen (if you are NOT in North America)

You starts with 500 (750 if you are landlocked) Spearmen Militas with "ok" moral.

Navy:
Navy will be Rafts in the Begining, when we come to Middle Age it will be "Transporters (normal navy)" and Special units (Like Frigate, Pirate Ships and such). Also here it's Training and morale as above. But it's "equipment" to, the list is here:

Unequiped
Badly Equiped
Moderatly Equiped
Well Equiped
Very Well Equiped.

If you Start un-landlocked you start with 15 Rafts, Sailors, ok, Unequiped.

Airforce will be later

IQ
It's easy, instead of hte normal education I have IQ, the higher IQ your poeple have the easier is it to get better ages, goes like this:

10-29 (start)
30-49
50-69
70-89
90-109
110-139
140-

The IQ of your nation may go down do to plauges and other things, the lower the IQ of the poeple is, the easier it is to control them, but you also get badder tech level....

Confidence
In this NES confidence is not ONLY decided on how you write stories, but also on how you play, if you play well (winning wars, getting a lot of terretory, having lots of money etc) your confidence will rise, but it will fall draticly if you fail......
I don't think I need to tell all levels of confidence, it is so many.
You start in "Confident"

Wonders:
You are aloved to make wonders, I will decide the time it shall take and you decide effect and name.
If you conquer a place where a wonder is you will get a boost in confidence and moral of you troops.
If you make an military wonder you will get boost in moral of troops, same with naval.
You will get a boost in confidence for each wonder you make.

Golden Age
Yes, in this NES it will be Golden Ages, when you get a Golden Age, you will have the possibility to increase 3 thing instead of 2 for each economy level, your troops will also be able to get better moral than the best one.....
I decide when you get a Golden Age, only 1 for each nation, and it may be triggered by big military victories, building of great Wonders, reaching a new age and such.

UU
Yes in this NES you will be able to make a UU, only 1 for each age, but the UU may give you the edge in combat.
If your UU is to strong I will tell you

Religion and Government
Will be decided by you, make it realistic.
I may make a government system (with diffrent stuff) later

Updates
I hope to be able to update every second day, may be more often and may be not. I will NOT update if I miss to many orders.
DON'T join if you will have yo quit in 1-2 weeks.

NPC
It will after a while be a lot of NPC's, be aware of them,all NPC will be open for play EXEPT if they play a important role in something (like Britain did in STJNES4).

Update 1, 3000 bc

In North America the great nation of Iroquis have been made by wandring tribes, thet decide that the almight Wazzazizmen shall be their great leader. When they start expanding to the north they meey antoher tribe. After some diplomacy this tribe agrees to join Iroquise and this give the Iroquise 150 new Spearmen and a lot of new land.

In Europe the first nation is born and it's called Germany, this is becuse the man that assambled the Germanian Barbarians, Otto von Wallenheim decided the name was to difficult from before (Germanicum, just made it up) so the name is not Germany, and all their land is called German.
They started to expand and north of their first town they found the sea they had heard tales of, and not only did they found the sea, they did also find 20 old rafts, they managed to fix 10 of this raft and Germany is the first known Seafaring nation... But the wise men wonder where the rafts did come from and romours are going about an almighty barbarian state known as Danes is behind this superb ships.
They also found some treasures and turned into the local money it gave them a new economy level.

From next round it will begin to come NPC's, map in a second, hope you liked your bonuses...

I Otto I call upon all Gothic and Germanic tribes to join Germany! Let us Unit under one government and form a great empire! Troops move out and "convince" our neighbors that it would be a good idea to join our great empire if they dont already accept that it is a great idea!
 
The almighty Whazziznem stood on a hill, and still failed to see to the borders of his domain. But one day later, he climbed a mountain, and was shocked by the expanse of land not under his control. He vowed to take this, by subterfuge or by main force.
For the subterfuge, he would have to make his people smarter, and develop a council of sages.
For the main force, he would increase the army, and march them out in all directions.
(Or: Increase IQ, Army, and Expand)
