Sticky separator bar too thick

A much more subtle "3" would be nice. Otherwise "1"

To remove this, you need to go into the CSS, and find the section for either "thread" or "td.thread" and remove "padding: 4px;" which is adding 4 pixels of "padding" on all sides in the element which contains the bar. What this ends up meaning is that the bar has 8 unnecessary pixels.

In any case, I don't see why we need either the bar or a separate color. Isn't the point of a sticky that it's always at the top of the page? Is that not enough?

the problem is the   as the row height-minimum is the height of that char. either remove it or add font-size:3px; (or something) to the style attribute.

Isn't the point of stickies to make particular threads noticeable? This would seem to help in that.

That is what I was thinking and I am for one like the new change.

EDIT So it seems it was much thicker than before, so how much bigger was it before?
