Still having SDK trouble--how to fix?

After several crashes with ModBuddy, I thought my Visual Studio installation might be to blame--so I did a clean install of VS2010 Pro and tried to run ModBuddy again. Despite that, the debugger is still giving me an "unhandled Win32 exception" message with various error numbers (the latest was 6136). How do I get ModBuddy to run, short of using a different computer? Please help if you can!
