Why am I missing the Education stat?
Story:
As the great Lord Erik arose, he began to look towards the West. Filled with nations it was, near on twice as many as the East. At first he thought that his alliance with Rome would allow him to invade eastwards with impunity, but soon he did realize that relations with both would be paramount to Persia's survival in the future. (OOC: Not necessarily good ones ) Therefore did Erik command the training of many more Greater Legions, in order the Persia might be noticed and feared by all the lands in both West and East.
Then Erik did see that of old his nation had been a faithful ally of Rome, and Rome had many more allies, and therefore he did agree to act as their hand in the East, so that their bond might grow closer. Overview
The great city of Constantinople was a beacon unto the whole world. A city of wonderful wealth and beauty. From golden arches to winding canals lined with silver and the beautiful Palace which sat in the centre of the town as the Emperor's second home and the house of the Governor Of The Empire. The city had made Greece among the richest nations in the world and had massively increased her trading capacity.
Army
The Army had achieved a mighty victory in Ankara expanding the Greek Empire massively but now a new problem had arisen, Assyria to the South... A developed nation but sitting on hard times, defeated by Caspia, Greece's Allies, in a previous war they had lost many lands. In a desperate bid to try and gain new lands they had invaded Ankara, a big mistake.
Alexander now knew he could trust the Roman Empire and with an alliance to Caspia and a great friendship with the Portuguese King he knew that Greece was in an excellent position.
Massing his veteran armies he set off for Assyria. Supplying his armies with new weapons and gold from Constantinople he then headed for Ankara to begin the full assault with his expert Hoplite troops.
Navy
The Navy had long been negelected but with the completetion of Constantinople the Emperor knew the Greek Empire needed protection at sea. He set about his master craftsmen to create a brand new navy to defend Greece.
Domestic
The Education of many new scholars and wise craftsmen was the Emperor's next target. Just before he left Athens with his great army he ordered that the Governor of Athens begin construction of a great new temple for the teaching of the arts. Greece had long had a great reputation in the arts, philosophy and science and now the Emperor aimed to secure that reputation for future generations.

All we have done is offer the jews that live there a new place to live in the nation of Ethiopia because the King feels for the Jewish people and all that they have gone through. Second we have meerly denied your request for an alliance because of you expanistionist ways.
As far as signing a Non-agression pact, this would be acceptable. But we will trade and talk to any nations that we want.
