We do not respond kindly to threats. First it is our right to have dealings with any nation we wish. YOu have no right to dictate the foreign policy of an independent nation. We are not a province of Rome. Nor will we bindly do what ever you say as other African nations are doing now.
As for the Jews that are coming to our nation, we allow immigrants from any nation to come to our land. Our king likes the Jewish people. So why cant those who wish come to our land? Besides you if you cant controll your own borders it is not our fault. There are no more Jews coming to Ethoipia at this time. Those that wanted already came before the fall of Judea. I think that it is best that they stay here, as if they stay in Judea they will only cause trouble for you in the form of rebellions.
As for rejecting your alliance, we do not wish to involve ourselfs in foreign wars on other lands. ALso the king does not care what you do in Europe or else were, he is only concerned about how you are treating the Jewish people. That is all.
We respect your power and do not wish war with you or your allies. At the same time we do not want an alliance with your naiton. We have the right to reject this.
