After reading http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?p=9692207#post9692207 I had this fought

Not every city has a stock exchange (a lot of countries don’t have their own) so I was thinking should be stock exchange building with a national wonder (I think civ 5 still has them)
That gives

+33% :gold: in all cities

And

When you are making more than 10gold profit
+10% :gold: in all cities
+1 :) per city
+1 :hammers: in all cities

When you are making between -5 and +9
+0% :gold: in all cities
+0 :) per city
+0 :hammers: in all cities

When you are making between -6 and lower
-10% :gold: in all cities
-1 :) per city
-1 :hammers: in all cities

Any one got any thoughts or ideas?

Hey! :( you stole my idea! lol

No I actually think this is a great idea ...

+1

oooh, that does make it interesting, although it would make it next to impossible to get out of recession, imagine if you're at -5, knowing that you're about to drop to -6 and then all of a sudden your stock exchange causes you to drop to -20, over 10 :( and you can't build any entertainment.

I think its a good idea but not a fun one, and Civ is supposed to be a fun game, you have to try and avoid anything that makes the strong too much stronger or the weak weaker.

Also, some countries have more than one stock exchange... at least the US does.

how about a World Bank Wonder. Which allows you to run a deficit or make interest off reserves or something.
