Due to dll engine limitations, some of the founder and reformation abilities in v1 did not function properly.

This is a total rewrite of the beliefs in BNW based upon the fine work of NQmod, with many changes and notably without any DLL requirement (allowing better mod compatibility and usage on Macs). In general the beliefs are significantly more powerful than in BNW, making religion a more important aspect of the game.

There are a lot more beliefs available and I highly recommend using a mod that allows every civilization to select a bonus belief (as BNW Byzantines) such as BlouBlou's "Religion - Improved Customization" (see Steam Workshop).

Features:
- Pantheon (and many other) beliefs mostly copied from NQmod
- Founder beliefs all (well most) give increased benefit per foreign follower, encouraging you to spread your religion beyond your own empire. This is implemented via a "Founder Bonus" building that is granted spread around your empire per 8 foreign followers.
- Many more buildings able to be purchased with faith! Most have a national wonder version if you manage to purchase one in each city (this is hard!).
- Pantheon beliefs tend to give early bonus, Founder beliefs benefit from spreading religion, Follower beliefs focus on local benefits, Enhancer beliefs help spread your religion and/or gain faith, Reformation beliefs are powerful wildcards.
- Some religions wonders have been changed to benefit the new foreign follower dummy buildings.

"Auto-Spread" aka Missionary Easy Mode:
I hate manually spreading my religion after the first few cities, especially keeping up with the AI's rabid prothezetizing. So this mod adds a "Missionary Deployed" building that can be purchased with faith by any founder. Doing so immediately triggers creation of a missionary adjacent to the nearest heathen city ready to spread (it has some smarts about not spawning in a dangerous spot).
This has a 100% faith surchage over doing it manually to compensate for not having to brave barbanian infested wilds or territory decay. The cost shown on the building is an upper bound until the real cost is calculated in LUA, you will get a refund of the difference.
This works better with missionaries having only 1 spread charge so now they do (because it's my mod :p and the LUA API won't let me change it just for the spawned ones).

Hope this makes the game more enjoyable for some. I'm moving on from Civ 5 so trying to dump my work for others to use. Please report bugs but don't expect new features. Cheers all and happy gaming! :)
