Stone age Turkey?

Ive played a game as Greece than the Turks spawn taking my black sea area and my Turkey area, I killed all my units in Greece ended the turn and took control over the turkish civ. but then I found out that turkey started without any techs. Im pretty sure its a Bug. but the forum dont let me put the save here because its too big

I guessing here but... dont the techs appear after a city is founded - not captured?

But, if there is a bug, you should post the save regardless, so that Rhye will be able to fix it

never mind, I coudn't load the save if it was for BTS, cos my BTS version is different from yours
