Stonehenge bug

Not sure why this is happening, as it never has before, but stonehenge is causing a bug in my game! I took the panth upgrade one with nature, giving me the faith bonus for each natural wonder. However, just now when I finished stonehenge I noticed my faith had actually gone down!
The problem was with Cerro de Potsi, I'm only recieving the gold bonus now and no longer the faith on that tile.
I'm playing as Spain, so each NW was actually giving me 8 faith per turn, and I loaded an older save a turn before stonehenge just to confirm thats when the problem starts. Sure enough, as soon as stonehenge completes I lose the faith of Cerro, yet maintained it on all my other NW. Any Suggestions? Thanks in advance!

And yes I am working the tile ;p the faith bonus has been wiped away even when I hover over the tile, simply says 20 gold now..

A screen would help us solve the problem. From the description only my guess would be that:
1. Wonder isn't near your capitol
2. You already have founded a religion
3. The religion started spreading to the city near the wonder and because of that there is a point where you have the equal amount of pantheon believers and religion believers in this city. In such situation the pantheon bonus doesn't apply until the religion becomes major religion in this city (once it does you get benefits from both - pantheon and religion)

Wow thank you so much! That was exactly the problem, way to figure it out even with my lack of details haha. Didn't know the panth could be cancelled out when my religion split the population. Thanks again!
