Strange error when attempting to use side panels to navigate

Hey Thunderfall or whomever handles the bugs. I am getting a permission error when I attempt to use the navigation window to access off topics. Says you do not have permission to do that, yet I can go to the off topic forums and everything is fine.

Did a detailed check of your permissions. Could not find a problem nor could I reproduce an error. If it continues, please post more details for TF to check.
