Hey everyone.

I'm not sure if anyone else has had a problem like this, but when I load up the game, I get a strange green bar that appears across the center of the screen. It osiclated up and down in the center of the screen for the entire duration I have civ 4 running.

I have an AMD 3500, 2 gigs of ram and I'm running duel Nvidia 7800 GT's with the latest drivers runing.

I've tried adjusting the the resolution the game runs in, the graphic quality and the anti-aliasing within the game, to no effect. I've tried adjusting my windows screen resolutions, but still no avail.

Has anyone else run into this? Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Thanks in advance!

You need to disable "Show GPU Load Balancing" in the same screen where you enable/disable your SLI configuration. This is the cause of your green bar when using SLI. Go to Control Panel, open Display, click on Settings, click on Advanced on the Settings... your Nvidia "Control Center" should pop up, click on that to bring it to front of desktop, there you will select from menu to left, the option "SLI multi-GPU", make sure "Show GPU Load Balancing" is disabled and you will not see the pesky green bar anymore..

edit: spelling

Im having the same trouble with my ATI Radeon Mobility 9000 graphics card. Does anyone know how to solve the problem?
