Strange issue with Keyboard?

Well, It looks like Newegg might not rip me off after all. This is the e-mail I just received today:
Thank you for requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Newegg.com.

Your RMA (RMA Number: 21984145) return has successfully arrived at our warehouse. We have since opened the package and are hereby notifying you of the contents we received (Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your RMA to process. Due to item availability, some repair RMAs may be delayed and/or changed to refund).

RMA Content:
1 x 13-186-138 (Defective/Failure) MB FOXCONN M7VMX-K GF7050/610I 775
What do you think? Am I safe, or does this mean very little? I will keep everyone updated.

Well, it looks like I'm safe. Status is now "Approved" on my RMA. Maybe the cable was in there all along... Oh well, I just happy I won't have to buy another one. But still worry whether it was actually a board problem...:undecide:

NOOOOOOO!!! My fear was confirmed today! It's happening again! Exact same f***ing problem, and we just tested everything. I'm going to have to take it to the FRAG center and get it diagnosed. How frustrating!

Ok, this is where I am at. I got my 2nd replacement, but I still have the same problem... Maybe I should just give up!:p However me and my friend finally concluded it must be a RAM problem. After all I think I do remember The FRAG center saying something about a possible mobo issue...? Well, I need feedback. What do you guys think at this point?

Nice quadruple post!

Newegg will take care of you, they're excellent with returns.

Ya, I know ... Sorry bout that! Well, Newegg has come through for me so far.

I would try a different power supply at this point.
Power supply has been tested.

It could be a ram issue, that wouldn't be my guess though.

Have you tried doing a minimalist build? Leave the motherboard outside the case, plug in the PSU, and don't plug anything other than the CPU, RAM and keyboard into, and see if you get anywhere from there.
I assume they tried that when I brought it to the FRAG center, though I could be wrong...
Anyway, here is the RAM I ordered:

I used their memory "configurator" to find it, so it's guaranteed compatible.
Another Note:
I tried my friends hard drive, so that's definitely not it. Also, somebody who reviewed the processor I got, had the same model Mobo as mine, and theirs worked fine.

did you make sure that the RAM is set to 2.1v in the BIOS? That can cause some problems if it needs 2.1v but is set at the default ( for most motherboards) of 1.8v.

I can't enter the BIOS setup...:(
