Strange Modding/Video Error...

I am attempting to run the VISA mod for Civ4 Warlords on my PC, but near the end of the loading process (when it says loading engine) I get the following error;



This is very strange, because not only does my computer run more graphics intensive games at full settings (oblivion, call of duty, WoW, etc) but it also runs warlords just fine at high graphics too!

I honestly have no idea what to do, and would appreciate some help in the matter. I've tried reinstalling the mod to no avail, as well as changing the graphics settings before loading. I can't change the resolution for some reason, and don't know if thats part of the problem.

My video card is a Radeon X800 GTO.

I had the same problem with Civ iv (running Sevomod) and found in my case..
a) Downloaded and installed latest chipset driver (for me SiS 645DX)
B) Completely removed graphics drivers and installed NGO drivers from ngohq.com ( for my ATI Radeon 9550 )
No problems since.
