I am attempting to make a version of the LEM with space added with random civs. However, after adding the space areas, every time I start it most of the civs are placed right at the top of the map in various arctic islands, with the same plots being starting plots each time I reload. As far as I can tell, I have stripped out all of the player info out of the file so I have no idea why this is happening. Can anyone give me some insight? I have attached the file below, and I am using v43.1
