I am unable to order my cargo ship to make a trade, even when I know that trades are possible because the other civ has a trade route with me. Here is a screenshot of the trade overview menu:
If, in the Trade Available section, I switch back and forth between domains I can sometimes see the land route available between the 2 cities on my island. But either way I can never see the route available between both (coastal) cities, or between me and any foreign cities.
Help!
