Confirming Hungary.

Some quips:
- Stalin, you still didn't fix Lebanon, and Romania is still larger than it's supposed to be (compare with 1914 borders). Ah well.
- Technically Sikorski didn't take over Poland yet, I just said that he MIGHT do so. Then again, its quite likely, so I suppose you might as well leave it as it is.
- Peru is ruled by Victor Rael Haya de la Torre, as said in the althist itself.

Social Liberal: 7(12.5%)
Market Liberal: 10(17.8%)
Social Democrat:6(10.7%)
Social Conservative: 7(12.5%)
National-Socialist: 4(7.1%)
Fascist:5(8.9%)
Left-Wing Radical: 1(1.7%)

So whats the diff between a National Socialist, and a Fascist, because i'm Mussolini, the inventor of Fascism, and I'm a National Socialist....

I actually took the time to read all that!

Question: Are any communists around? I wanna be a red! (and I don't want to be chile!)

Ok, I cant sleep so I will explain the slashes.

As said in the rules certain technologies and certain other factores (like infrastructure and whatnot) increase your output in some of the sectors. This is indicated by the slashes with the number on the left being the amount you get while the number on the right being the "base" number.

Read the althist... National-Socialism in this world is nothing like National-Socialism in... that other world. It also varies from place to place, so in Italy it can be assumed to be a more left-wing version of the OTL Fascism (left-wing in internal affairs, ofcourse - externally, its all "New Roman Empire" and so forth...).

National Socialist is a government with a right-wing foreign policy and social policy and a left wing economic policy. Like USSR sort of, except without the Communist rhetoric.

Fascism on the other hand is a much more corporatist aproach where most of the economy remains in private hands and the government simply regulates much of it.

Unless someone else wants France by the end of tomorrow its yours

question on technology:
you said:
"In order to research a technology you have to have the technology that goes before it and invest as much eco as the level of that technology."

does that mean I have to invest 3 eco into that technology. And if I want to go back and get mountaineers, thats just 2?

And also what does the 2 next to MNT mean? There only seems to be basic, improved, and advanced mountaineers, and the second level of mountaineers in in the 1940s. I'm very confused on all of this.

If you want a LVL3 technology you have to invest 3 eco points to get it. If there are more than one technology at one level, such as at LVL7 there are both Marines and Mountaineers you have to invest 7 eco to get each one of them. LVL2, for example, has only mountaineers, and so if you dont want them you can go ahead and skip that level and go from 1 to 3 to get your infantry.

I hope that makes sense.

Note: i edited the post with a second question.

Sorry to bother you more

Never mind I don't want France. They don't suit me....not unless I can turn them into uberFascists or something...meh someone else can have France. I'll consider another nation.

Just one thing....if I am a medium and Greece is small, then either we should both be small or both be medium. Same thing with Poland, since we are all essentially the same size on the map.

I hope you only mean tech picking for infantry only, everything else is logical to forcefully follow the tech tree.

TO THE POWERS OF THE WORLD AND SPECIALLY OF EUROPE:
FROM GERMANY

In Regards to the continued stability to Central Europe, Germany has been obliged to take steps for the maintainance of Peace in the continent and the world. After a series of discutions with the top leaders and generals of Germany, such as von Lettow-Vorbeck, von Rundstedt, von Dunkelheit and von Mainstein we developed a doctrine that would ensure that greed would not threaten German security and stability.

It is clear that there are many minor yet rightfully independent nations bordering Germany, and bordering them are powerful ones. Powerful nations that may look with greed to annexing those nations, their populations and industrial strenght.

With no further say, Germany will declare for the next 3 months(1 TURN) that it will Guarantee the Independence of the following nations :

POLAND
SWITZERLAND
LUXEMBURG
BELGIUM
AUSTRIA
CZECHSLOVAKIA
NETHERLANDS
After such time, we will either extend this guarantee to a much longer period or agree with their leaders on something more of defensive alliences.

Therefore, if the independence of these nations is threatened in the comming months, they will not find themselfs fighting alone, but rather side to side with the Wehrmacht.

Signed:
Hans von Seeckt

von Dunkelheit

Even in an alternate world, von Seeckt is not likely to live too long. The successor is a bit predictable, isn't he? :p

IC:

Hungary also guarantees the independence of Austria and Czechoslovakia for the next three months (not the others for the lack of borders with them).

das do you ever sleep? lol you seem to be online all the time nowdays.

IC- to Hungary:
From Germany:
We see your declaration as a good sign for the continued peace in the continent.
