[SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENT] Purchase vs. Upgrade gold costs

Not sure if this is a bug, or working as intended.

Purchasing a Legion is more expensive than purchasing a warrior, then upgrading him. Yes, it takes an extra turn, but you save a decent amount (over 100 gold on marathon, IIRC).

Not sure how this holds out for more advanced units, as I haven't worked out the math.

Yes - probably does need a look at from a balance perspective.
