suggestion: using spies to size up other civ's armies/navies

Love the improved spy system, and I think this would an interesting addition. What if we could send a spy out, and if the mission is a success, it will give us an estimation of army size/composition? So far, the only "estimation" we have of army sizes that I can think of is seeing who has the largest and smallest armies according to the demographics tab.

In an ideal world the ONLY information you would have is what you could scout or what you could collect via espionage.
