Yeah, 'Capitalization' was the first thing that jumped into my head too, but I couldn't make sense of why.Psycadelic_Magi said:From here it looks like it says 'Capitalization' or 'Civilization' on the right
Good callAndreasS said:Capitulation?
Krikkitone said:Well this does indicate one thing, Vassal State and Capitulation seem to be for AIs only (unless a Tech After Education is required to activate them.. unlikely) This is not good (although if Capitulation is like a Surrender I could see it)
Curious: Why would you have both a Vassal State option and a Capitulate option (on their side)? Wouldn't asking for or demanding a Vassal State be effectively the same as asking them to capitulate? I know now that there is a peaceful way of entering into a Vassal State and an aggressive way....maybe the Vassal State option is for those wanting your security and protection (and whatever else) and so it is a peaceful way for them to become a Vassal State and the Capitulation option is the aggressors path to the same result.
Another thing Krikkitone: In the Augustus Caesar pic which showed the Vassal State option for the first time, it has the Vassal State option on both sides (one was redded out and the other - on the players side - wasn't. On top of that, there was no Capitulation option either.
...it seems they have been 'tweaking' and changing it. Either way, I too would like to have the ability to be able to become a dominant leaders Vassal - simply because it would allow the AI conquerors to 'fully express themselves' without fear of wreaking the game for the player.
