Superpowers NES

Introduction of the ability of NPCs to react to clear and present dangers against their sovereignty would be good, though probably not for me.

To:Indonesia
From:UIS

We'd love to set up a dialogue of muslim states and minorities. Perhaps it should meet in Mecca? ;)

Is there any fun nations free?

Ah Amon! How are ya!

Wait, Jason, can I get my nation's goals? I sent orders, but maybe I can edit them.

Are you accepting the treaty Sp, or do I just invade you because you haven't made it clear?

India to Russia:

India fully supports the new "Asian Doctrine" of the Russian government and extends its warm wishes to the President of Russia personaly for his willingness to restore peace and security based on the rule of law and treaties to the Asian continent.

India to Indonesia
CC: UIS, China

Indian government is puzzled as to the declaration by Indonesia concerning the status of Burma. Indian government firmly states that historical and cultural links between the peoples of India and the peoples of Burma will not leave the Indian government unconcerned by the events in Burma. India wishes to point out that their efforts to secure Burma from a blatant act of communist agression should not be undermined or mis-interpreted by third parties. India continues to stress that the war for the liberation of Burma will continue until Chinese forces have been pushed out of Burma and reparations paid. India is concerned with the desire of certain parties un-involved in conflict to blacken the nature of Indian military mission in Burma. India is open to dialogue with regard to the future of Burmese land with any party that wishes to negotiate. India strongly believes in a unified Asian security sphere and will work with all its partners to that end.

All hogwash aside... The Chinese have declared that they WILL withdraw from Burma if you do. Let the talks of reperations and crap come later. The Burmese people have fought against you as well as the Chinese. It's obvious they like neither present in their country. Once again, China has declared their willingness to step out of Burma, de-escalate the situation, so that further negotiations, perhaps the reconstruction of Burma, which the UIS considers half the responsibility belongs to the Indians, who have cause just as much damage to Burma as the Chinese have.

OOC: Jason, I just noticed. What does that city do East of LA for America? Is that the Oil Rig?

I accept the treaty. Jason, a slight change to my orders, please.

Also, keep the option of token Vietnamese defense help to the Laoisians. Let them vote on that as well.

OH . .. .. .. .! HE'S FOUND YOUR SECRET PACIFIC BASE!

EDIT: Ah, you meant Pheonix, Arizona. I have no idea why its a city.

But, seriously, why is there a hidden base out in the middle of the ocean? Square 4D, I think.

Agreed. You may add that term.

IC: We agree with our Muslim brothers, the Buremese should get a definite guarentee from your government [India's] that it will withdraw from Burma. We also agree that China has made attempts to de-escalate the conflict, we will not think to tell India what to do in these circumstances, however we believe that the freedom of Burma is paramount. And would like to mention the sucess of Indonesia's diplomats in resolving complex situations like this. We further reiterate our desire to defend Burma from any and all comers should this situation deteoriate further, we are sure the UIS and Oceania would agree that in the interests of regional peace, and because of its status as a "nexus" nation dividing three states from each other that Burma be kept free. We would be willing to provide compensation to the Indian people and it's government in recognition of its willingness to defend Burma from invasion, owing to our own inability to deploy forces.

lol that city is merely a model...when I was making the map I used that to copy and paste. It will be gone by next update.

Also, can I get the full terms of the peace with vietnam? What are the Laotians voting on?

Laotians Vote Tonight in the SUPER BALLOT DRAW!

Does Lao want to continue under the oppressive dictatorship of Vietnam? Only traitors would agree!

Have your say tonight, nobody likes traitors…

On the ballot paper:

Do you wish Laos to continue as an oppressed state of Vietnam Yes/No
Do you wish Vietnamese troops to be allowed to stay in Laos (for a duration of not more than 10 years or until such a time as the government asks them to leave) Yes/No

Don’t forget the Vietnamese scum can’t hurt us, not with the world watching, and the superior armies and navies of Indonesia watching over us! Vote, No, No.

Vietnamese Government in Exile Channel [VGEC]!

General Terms of Peace:
All terms of the Laotians Vote Tonight, Super Ballot Draw must be carried through;
and Vietnamese troops must leave the Philippines;
then Vietnam may apply for SEAP membership [the government will come up with terms to be fulfilled to allows this].

OOC: It’s assumed that if the vote goes against Vietnam, then the Laotian government in exile will be put back in control, and will join SEAP immediately, and all troops “major” concentrations are to leave Vietnam, what constitutes a major concentration will be up to Laos. That should be it.

I’ll have orders in 2 hours or so is that alright Jason?

WTH?

Yes, troops will immediately begin withdrawing from the Phillipines. I have your word that we will be allowed to join the SEAP?
