Leadership Change in China Communist Party
Due to the failing campaign against India, the loss of prestige due to the atrocities in southern Burma, and the rising tensions with Russia due to the invasion of Kyrgyzstan which was also not going well President Huo Zhang has resigned and the Communist Party is now being led by the former Minister of Defense Zhou Xiang. This has resulted in a radical realignment of policies of China in an attempt to reverse their losses in both prestige and the conflict.

A note about upgrading units...you can upgrade your infantry by paying the difference between each type of units. So for example, you can upgrade already-purchased infantry from infantry to paratrooper, mechanized infantry, or marines by paying just 2c. You CANNOT "downgrade" and receive money back, nor can you switch a unit between mech, marines, or paratroopers. Once you upgrade infantry to either one, thats it.
And you cannot upgrade any other units. Only infantry.
