The EULA has requested that I forward this message to you.

"The EULA does not possess an embassy in Brussels, nor does the European Union possess the right to nominate an ambassador to reside in Concepcion del Uruguay. This is because you have yet to recognize our government as legitimate. Until you do so, we are incapable of judging you by anything other than your actions, as we do not have diplomatic contact. Your actions are not illustrative of peaceful intent."

And in regards to the Turkey matter... We will not insult the integrity of Turkey, by pretending that they need their independance guaranteed. They are a strong nation, capable of defending themselves.

Nice update, Jason. I assume the banner in that photo was an unintentional touch? :p Regardless, it's pretty neat.

One thing, though: if we invaded from Kyrgyzstan, why are all our gains in Sinkiang along the Kazakh border? :p

As of now we have declared war on the People's Republic of China. The reasons for this are as follows:
1) The People's Republic of China has shown itself to be thoroughly untrustworthy and a threat to peace through its wholly unprovoked invasions of Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan and Burma;
2) The People's Republic of China has illegally annexed Mongolia after the aforementioned unprovoked military invasion thereof, blatantly disregarding international law and revealing its intentions towards other neighbouring states;
3) The People's Republic of China has directly violated all past understandings with Russia with regards to Central Asia by invading Kyrgyzstan, further proving its own untrustworthiness;
4) The People's Republic of China has generally pursued a foreign policy incompatible with peaceful development of Asia as a whole, and indeed actively harmful to such development;
5) The current government of the People's Republic of China is a junta that took power in a military coup d'etat, and so cannot be recognised as the legitimate government of that country.

Our aims, accordingly, are:
1) To destroy the military threat emanating from the People's Republic of China;
2) To overthrow the illegitimate current government of the People's Republic of China;
3) To restore the states whose sovereignty has been violated by the People's Republic of China;
4) To establish a new, democratic Chinese state.

Further specifics shall be decided after the unconditional surrender of the People's Republic of China.

From: The Russian Federation
To: (the government of) People's Republic of China

We anticipate your unconditional surrender.

We propose that an official coalition is formed to coordinate our efforts against China, and we urge you all not to sign any kind of a separate peace agreement with China, because our strength is in solidarity (we promise to do likewise, ofcourse). We also urge the Burmese government to cooperate with the government of India against the Chinese threat, which surely can be recognised as far more dire.

From: The Russian Federation
To: The nations of Asia

We believe that, despite all of its upheavals, this century still can become the Asian Century, if we but agree to work together to achieve this. However, peace is the foundation of prosperity, and before we can work on achieving the latter we must secure the former. It is obvious that we must put an end to all ongoing conflicts and resolve all current crises, but it is also obvious that not just any resolution will do - that was the mistake of the British and French governments in the Thirties of the previous century. It is for this reason that we urge you all to contribute to the struggle against the People's Republic of China - at least while it is under its current militaristic hyper-aggressive regime, it is the number one threat to Asian peace and prosperity and all prospects for a happy future. The faster the Chinese government is brought to its knees, the faster the rest of the work on securing peace in Asia can begin; the faster we can secure peace in Asia, the faster can we all reap the profits and turn to other matters with renewed energy and assurance of assistance from loyal Asian allies.

Furthermore, we note with alarm that the American government has apparently expressed support for the neo-imperialist Chinese government. If that is not proof of need for solidarity in the face of pseudo-socialist neo-imperialistic totalitarianism, then we do not know what is. We must all form a common front, if not against China then at least against American interventionism.

To: Vietnamese Neo-Imperialists

To just to stop us acting pursuant to our commitments under the South East Asian Protectorate’s Mandate, of a full defensive and offensive alliance if any of the member states are attacked we require the following:

Vietnam must leave the Philippines, and pay an appropriate sum to the Philippines to be decided by that government;

In addition to this must offensive invasion of a Sovereign State, upon which Vietnam had no claim, historic or otherwise and owing to the whisperings of the legitimately elected Cambodian Government in exile, we are levying a further term. We require you to hold a foreign observed plebiscite in Cambodia to ascertain the peoples desire (if any) to remain part of Vietnam; should they vote against remaining occupied by your nation it would then be expected for your troops to leave and allow Cambodia to exercise it’s freedom completely free from your influence (any interference on your part will constitute a breech of this proposal);

You therefore are given the option, of retiring your forces from the Philippines, and Cambodia if a vote for independence in is in the affirmative, or facing the full might of the Republics forces, and her allies.

If these terms are obeyed, then the SEAP will allow Vietnam as a non-participatory member in the SEAP, pending the fulfilment of admittance criteria pending its entry as a member proper.

From: Republik Indonesia, South East Asian Protectorate.
To: Russia, India, Burma.

Indonesia similarly shares contempt for Neo-Imperialist states (we have crushed Malayia and Brunei, Neo-Imperialist-Colonialist-Fascists creations), however, it is the belief of this government that Burmese independence must be granted, and guaranteed by all the parties involved. The South East Asian Protectorate would be most willing to safeguard the freedom of Burma, once hostilities have ceased, and as this government has made clear any attempt by any party to stay in Burma will constitute an act of aggression against the interests of SEAP, and against the fundamental sovereignty of nations.

In line with our Mandate of freedom for South East Asia, we henceforth resolve that all unoccupied Burmese territory is now under the official protection of the SEAP, any hostile actions against it will be most unwelcome, we are sure that peacekeepers from the constituent members will be welcomed by the Burmese government. Which we hasten to add recently began high level ministerial discussions to join the SEAP as a full member.

From: the Russian Federation
To: the Republic of Indonesia

That seems acceptable, however, we do urge you to put some pressure on the Burmese government to start cooperating with the Indian armed forces, as that will allow for a faster resolution of the conflict on Burmese territory. The longer Burma remains a battleground, the more difficult it would be to properly and fully restore its compromised sovereignty after the war; besides, as has already been established, defeating China is a priority target.

Incidentally, we propose that upon the unconditional surrender of the Chinese government and the end of the current war, a Pan-Asian Congress is held both to determine the future of China and Chinese-occupied countries, and to resolve various other major issues within Asian international relations so as to ensure peaceful development for Asia in the future. We hope for your support in this.

From: Republik Indonesia, South East Asian Protectorate.
To: Russia

We agree in part, we believe that Burma is best served in focusing its energies on China; the SEAP however is however currently dealing with another unstable regime which has illegally and flagrantly invaded a member of the SEAP, Vietnam. Until this is resolved, we will assist actively in maintaining Burma’s unoccupied territory and when Vietnam is dealt with then SEAP forces will engage against China providing it has not withdrawn from Burma. We will also seek to work with the Burmese government in its reorganization and reintegration of the Chinese occupied lands. We would also be willing to join a Pan-Asian congress, although we would require our friends in Oceania to join in as well, considering our close ministerial contact and Oceania’s support of the establishment of the SEAP.

Remember guys, neutral countries (the gray ones on the map) do not go on the offensive. According to the current rules, they would not send troops to other countries, even if part of an international organization. So, while the nations are sympathetic to Russia's and Indonesia's goals, they cannot actively send troops.

das, yes, that banner is unintentional....what does it say?

As for invading from Kyrgyzstan...blah lol.

We agree with Russia with the whole wanting to shrink the power of China. I hate communists. I do disagree with your end goal with China, however. I deffinetly don't want the ballance of power shifted so greatly in Asia. We are opposed to an Indian takeover of Burma. It's pretty certain that in the absence of a Chinese force in said area, India will not relent untill this nation is taken over. We see both of these countries as neo-imperialists. China has offered to move out of Kyrgystan. They've got enough troubles in India. Asia does not need Russia's involvement on such a large scale. Your current actions are putting a strain on our relations. I do hope you will resolve your conflict with less demanding terms, and leave the ballance of power in tact in the region.

Suck it Ruskies. We already executed the former Party Chairman who violated your peace with Kyrgyzstan and pulled out our troops, yet you still attack. As you can see the Russians and Indians are simply going about the world as 'liberators.' Bah they use the word simply to cover themselves as they create puppet states under their control. At least we are honest about our claims. We wish for Burma to be under our communist regime and Mongolia already was. The Russians and Indians are merely trying to change the balance of power in their favor. If China falls how long before they come for you? Hmm? We offered to leave Burma if India would as well and they refused. We executed our previous President as he illegaly broke the peace by invading Kyrgyzstan and we removed our troops. China is willing to pay reparations to rebuild Kyrgyzstan. If Russia continues this assault it is simply to steal Chinese land from the Chinese. And Bah on this Asian century crap coming from Russia. Russia is not Asian. They are Russian and anyone who buys their propaganda is a sap. China will never fall into the hands of foreigners again! Prepare for the corpses of Russians to flow home Russia!

We again offer to leave Burma if you will and we will also remove ourselves from incursion into India itself. This was against our orders and the officers who did it will be executed for treason if you agree to peace. If this is not agreed to, well then rivers in India will run red with blood.

Interesting that you will allow your Muslim brothers in Western China to be dominated by Christian Russians and Hindu Indians! Truly we see how much the UIS' professed love for their Muslim brothers goes. You can choose to support an atheistic state which can't possibly threaten Allah; or the heathens. And remember: Inaction is the greatest measure of support for evil, which is evoked by New Delhi and Moscow alike!
