Suprime Earth - can someone remake it?

I would like to know if they are similar maps to suprime earth whith less peaks, not as radical and maybe more tribes are on the map. I enjoy that map, but it seems resourses are stacked unfaily ( deer in forests, horses in hill forests, wheat on hills) peaks in particula seems to take 30% of map.
Can someone recreate this map with better ballance? Also do you guys have good accurate Europe map with european civilizations? (senario type) which can be played multiplayerly?

There is plenty of nice europe maps in the map section, you will find alot of nice maps there They are quite big though, so if your on a lowend computer it would take alot of time between turns on sp, not sure on mp.
