I'm posting some new views of the HOF tables that will let people get a start at a reasonable survey of what's there. I hope they prove useful.
I'll go through them one winning method at a time. These are all copied by hand from the 2nd June update; if there are errors, please let me know and I'll make corrections.

All these show only the #1 entry in each map size/difficulty/winning method.

First is Conquest. (The table is entered as Code because that seems to be the easiest way to get the table to line up.)

Code:
Conquest
              Tiny Small Standard Large Huge
      Sid -1425 1685 X X 400
    Deity -1910 -1325 X X 1485
  DemiGod -2590 -1525 X X 520
  Emperor -3250 -2470 270 X 1555
  Monarch -3350 -2470 -1150 -230 X
   Regent -3750 -3200 -2430 -50 1455
  Warlord -3750 -3250 -2710 -490 2049
Chieftain -3750 -3450 -2750 -230 749
The entries are the year of winning; positive numbers are AD and negative numbers are BC. An X means nobody has submitted an entry.
Here are the corresponding tribes:
Code:
Conquest
           Tiny Small Standard Large Huge
Sid Aztecs Persia X X China
Deity Aztecs Aztecs X X Maya
DemiGod Aztecs Aztecs X X Iroquois
Emperor Aztecs Aztecs Iroquois X Aztecs
Monarch Aztecs Aztecs Aztecs Celts X
Regent Inca Aztecs Aztecs Iroquois Egypt
Warlord Inca Aztecs Aztecs Aztecs Unknown
Chieftain Inca Inca Aztecs IroquoisIroquois
This table shows a dichotomy: the very fast conquests on smaller maps are mainly with the Aztecs and Incas, and rely on early use of their Unique Units. The later dates on larger maps use more standard methods.

Note on the Tiny column the uniform progression of difficult from Chieftain up through Sid. In the Huge column, however, it's not uniform; there are opportunities to improve in many entries.

See the following messages where the progression is more obvious.

Now for the cultural 20K win.

Code:
   20K
              Tiny Small Standard Large Huge
      Sid 1754 1914 X 1888 1715
    Deity 1545 X X 1796 X
  DemiGod 1420 1750 1802 X 1834
  Emperor 1480 1700 1806 X 1876
  Monarch 1350 1670 1475 X X
   Regent 1340 1480 1585 1926 1580
  Warlord 1360 1345 1265 1802 X
Chieftain 1275 1430 1495 1485 1605
Code:
    20K
             Tiny Small Standard Large Huge
Sid Byzantin Greece X Spain Persia
  Deity Babylon X X Byzantin X
DemiGod Babylon Babylon Spain X Mongols
Emperor Babylon Byzantin Babylon X Babylon
Monarch Babylon Babylon Babylon X X
Regent Babylon Babylon Persia Babylon Byzantin
Warlord Babylon Persia Sumeria Babylon X
Chieftain Babylon Babylon Russia Persia Babylon
Here the progressions are more uniform; for a given map size, Sid takes longest, followed by Deity, down to Chieftain, which is easiest/fastest. Note the irregularities, such as Chieftain/Standard, which should be improvable.

Babylon dominates in cultural wins.

Cultural 100K:

Diplomatic wins:

Chieftain 540 790 210 950 980
Here the Standard map size seems to be fastest on average. Is this the case with best play? Good question.

Code:

           Tiny Small Standard Large Huge
    Sid X X IroquoisIroquois X

Chieftain -1525 -775 -650 -90 730
Here it's obvious that larger maps take longer. There are some discrepancies here, offering opportunities for new #1 entries.

Code:

Chieftain 790 770 570 1275 1954
More #1 opportunities here, such as Huge Monarch, besides filling in empty slots.
Code:

Finally, Histographic. Here the entries are the scores for the #1 entries.

Very fascinating work! This should prove an assistance for those looking to secure good positions in the Quartermaster events (or just good HOF slots).

These are all copied by hand from the 2nd June update; if there are errors, please let me know and I'll make corrections.
I may have to come up with a name scheme for the updates. Did you use the Second June update from yesterday? Or the First June update done on June 2nd?

EDIT: Nevermind, I see the current data (A Turkish Guy-Chieftain).

For Histographic, scaling may be helpful. Recall that Sid scores are the inherent scores times 8, Deity times 7, down to Chieftain times 1. If those factors are taken out, the following table results:

Code:
              Tiny Small Standard Large Huge
      Sid 348 X X X 11069
    Deity X 1926 2398 X X
  DemiGod X 1834 X X 9220
  Emperor X X 2567 3635 8346
  Monarch 867 1839 2810 3483 10363
   Regent 721 925 3208 X 9362
  Warlord 1167 1700 1565 X 9205
Chieftain 1871 2553 4196 6132 10434
These are more uniform in each column, suggesting that the factors are at least close to right.

Histographic scores also are directly related to the number of tiles available. Tiny is 60 by 60, Small 80 by 80, Standard 100 by 100, Large 130 by 130, and Huge 160 by 160. If the above scores are then scaled by the number of tiles compared to Tiny maps, the following table results.

Code:
              Tiny Small Standard Large Huge
      Sid 348 X X X 1557
    Deity X 1083 863 X X
  DemiGod X 1032 X X 1297
  Emperor X X 924 774 1174
  Monarch 867 1034 1012 742 1457
   Regent 721 520 1155 X 1317
  Warlord 1167 956 563 X 1294
Chieftain 1871 1436 1511 1306 1467
The AI has a big advantage at higher difficulty levels on smaller maps, accounting perhaps for the progression in the Tiny column. Ther other columns are more uniform.

The fiercest competition has been on the settings that produce table-wide #1's:
Conquest - Tiny, Chieftain
20k - Tiny, Chieftain
100k - Tiny, Chieftain
Diplomatic - Standard, Chieftain
Domination - Tiny, Chieftain
Spaceship - Standard, Chieftain
Histographic - Huge, Sid

Other examples of "best play" are Tiny Conquest, Small Conquest, and Tiny 20k.

Most other results have significant room for improvement.

Standard Chieftan Domination should be a Negative 650 at it was won by someone in the BC :D

Good Job Blue Jay this is an interesting view of the HoF. :goodjob:
Thanks. I fixed it.

Surrender your weapons or eat my conquested psychiatric pills.

OTOH, my {Large, Chieftain} game can be crushed at will.

Also, slug is cool, McW to the end, and another JAG bites the dust.
