We are about to enter into our second and final war with India. Originally we had planned to leave them with the single city of Over There; but the Indians have carelessly lost it. We don't want the Indians on our continent, so we therefore propose to eliminate them during our forthcoming war.

We ask: Should we eliminate the Indians?
