If we put our scout on fog busting duty when will we get to exploring the center hub?
I would like to get that monument done before the settler, but I seem to be in a minority of 1 on this
The deers will be good to hook up as they will be better for producing workers and settler than the mine (42 vs 4).
If we are going to go straight to the deer then next actions are 1SW,road > move to deer > build camp. 1SW,road would be the most appropriate action if we were to road to city 5 spot anyway. So that should be our action this turn if we don't want the monument.
We can whip Aktau at pop 2 when the settler is near completion but after that we should let it grow to pop 3 before whipping again.
WRT Hazrat-e - we'll have Monarchy on the same turn it reaches pop 7, so we can revolution on that turn and we won't have any problems with unhappiness.
Regarding the scout I say we exlore those couple of tiles to the NW then head south to fog bust if he's still alive.
