Tax Trading in Europe? - Win by Independence?

Why should I pay Taxes even i select continue trading with Europe but 74% and I win by Independence

I want to know how it goes after winning?

You can keep playing after winning the game but taxes and boycotts still continue, which is rather annoying.

This is fixed by the unofficial patch (and PatchMod & AoD2).

and does my save game can load with it?
