    Second post updated. The instructions for the next turnchat are basically updated from the previous ones, other than some specialist changes and realized Samarra can't build a nuclear plant

    Berlin:
    Build queue:
    wealth or spaceship parts

    Besancon:
    Build queue:
    wealth or spaceship parts

    Rome:
    Build queue:
    wealth or spaceship parts

    Istakhr:
    Build queue:
    wealth or spaceship parts

    Augean Stables:
    Build queue:
    wealth or spaceship parts

    Samarra:
    Build queue:
    university->research lab->bank->commercial dock->stock exchange->solar plant->mass transit
    build offshore platform when possible

    Oxford:
    Build queue:
    factory->commercial dock->stock exchange->police station->nuclear plant->mass transit
    build offshore platform when possible

    Kyoto:
    Build queue:
    stock exchange->nuclear plant->mass transit

    Join workers in Samarra, Oxford, or Kyoto if available
    Continue the disbanding to rush improvements in Samarra, Oxford, and Kyoto (you probably could do that in other cities, too)
    If a specialist other than a policeman works better, feel free to do that

    I overlooked an appointment today and won't be able to start at 9am. Sorry for the short notice, I may be able to play at 3pm MST (2200 GMT).

    A bit late - I was reading the time on my thread for last week :blush:

    Luxury:
    Use the slider or specialists, whichever is most cost and production effective to keep our cities from rioting. Stop the chat if War Weariness gets to the stage where we need to switch governments.

    Science:
    Maintain high Science to achieve to research techs as fast as affordably possible. –gpt is acceptable as long as we can afford it and any rushes requested for the Japanese continent. Always check over the last few turns and reduce the science rate if it is possible to do so.

    In case of emergency it is allowable to reduce science slightly to gain some additional gold necessary.
    Do not let our treasury run dry!

    Treasury Spending:
    Rushes on the Japanese continent should be given priority but we should be able to do these with troop disbands rather than gold. Troop upgrades can be carried out if necessary.

    Wonders:
    Build one if we get a leader or if a governor instructs to do so (Manhattan requested in Civantonia) otherwise wait..

    Great Leaders:
    Use leaders to build available wonders, we have no use for more Armies.

    Colonies:
    build colonies if we need to.

    Workers:

    Clear pollution by our cities as a priority.

    All but Persian Workers may be joined to cities if required. We still have a couple of native Workers which can be joined.

    Use workers as needed but it may be necessary to protect them from Barbarians.

    Workers can be used to build airfields if required.
