Tea and coffee?

Is the version 2.71 supposed to actually have Tea and Coffee resources?

Are they disabled or just so rare they won't appear on large maps or smaller?

If they are, how can they be activated or rarity set to more common? (Most practical way / XML)

Tea is probably the most rare resource in RoM. Sorry, but that is how it was in history, which zappara got right. This means that on smaller maps, there is likely to be no tea since it is calculated to be rare and RoM is designed to be played on large maps.

If I remember right, Coffee was only rare because either a map managed to spawn several in multiple places or only a few; since I had to play smaller maps at the time, my guess is that it was more consistent on large maps. I am not sure which RoM version zappara made Coffee more common and consistent, since I noticed that change right around the time I bought my new computer.
