Tech Trading Rankings?

I'm trying to find a spreadsheet or something that lists the rankings of the various civs when it comes to tech trading. I know Mansa Musa is the best and Tokugawa is the worst, but what about everyone in between? I found this http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=12722 in the Downloads section, but it seems to be missing the Trading information.
