"Teching" a tech?

Is this some special way of researching a tech? It seems to be used in a context different from "normal" research...

PS - is there a glossary for all these acronyms? (Mids, IW, WTH, etc)

It's slang for "researching techs" or "tech researching" = teching.

I know MGBOF, but not MGB, and I thought I was rather fluent on acroyms, so it's probably not a big deal
