Technical question about video cards...

I would like to know about the video option of antialiasing I have seen with some video games....I don't understand what it is or if it should be used and how it should be used???? Can anyone explain it to me???

It smooths jagged edges at the price of processing power. Google "what is antialiasing" and you'll get a page of links. Also fan sites for your video card brand will likely have folks sharing their settings for popular games.
You can try it in your game. It doesn't damage anything and you may like it. If it's not for you, or slows a game too much, you can disable it.
