    I'm short of time right now, will fill in job description if requested or as time permits. ;)

    Nominations close about midnight GMT 9/27 to allow 3 days for election threads, if any.

    I realise noms have closed, but I'm willing to keep doing this job if the Pres (or whoever appoints Governors) wants to take me on.

    It's okay with me, but I think the governors council decides.

    Well, just start, there are not enough members of the judiciary, so you can't be sued.
