However Green 11 would be a bit more sustainable with more hills and grasslands available for working.

"Falcon's Haven" is always my classic city name, but that kinda breaks the Celtic theme we're going for

Well, with two excellent suggestions in a row (SoZ and the Province map), you just might get your wish. Why don't you make the suggestion in the city names thread and see what the rest of Hibernia says.

With two Settlers coming up, the Domestic Department suggests the Green #11 and location #8 from post 31. That will solidify our North. Luxuries are far away, so not a priority. Let's get those Northern Barbs and plant those cities.
