Term 3 – Election for the Expatriate Governor

The Expatriate Governor is responsible for the care, management, and use of captured cities and may also setup a civic government in any manner they see fit that does not conflict with Fanatikos laws.

The Expatriate Governor is a member of the Senate which is responsible for choosing a President should an election cycle complete with no citizen elected as President, and for placing Fanatikos in a state of Mobilization. The Senate also has the power to declare War.

Although RegentMan has done a great job so far (with what little he has had to do), I voted for TimBentley. It was a tough choice, but the fact that RM stated he will have little time due to school and such, was the deciding factor in placing my vote.
