Term 4 - Foreign Affairs Ministry: Friends and Enemies

Our brief quiet period in our history ended dramatically, a discussion concerning how to deal with territory incursions and tribute demands from India and Germany led to calls to declare war and claim our continent for ourselves alone. The polls confirmed it, and we declared War on India and wiped them out in only a few turns. Then we moved on to Germany who not unexpectedly have proved tougher opponents. We are still at war, but they are down to only 10 cities! We now have 80 cities!

We are Strong to everyone but Persia, compared to them we are now Average!
We now have Nationalism so can form Mutual Protection Pacts and Trade Embargoes with any of the remaining Civs.
Oh yes - only 7 other Civs left now

We have only six opponents left.

All the German cities on our continent were captured on the first turn. The final city on the tundra island followed a couple of turns later.

All our continent is now Pink!
