Here is the Military Department for the Fourth Term, please feel free to ask questions and give suggestions. I'll try to keep this updated with current info and proposed instructions so people can look them over before the actual turnchat.
 
As per the list of ques in the Governor's thread, our nation's production remains non-militaristic. Have you need for reiforcements for the war? How many of what, and how soon? We might be able to talk a Mayor or two into production changes. ;)
 
Alright here's my crack at prefered unit numbers

25 Pikemen or better def. (current 14) this is to defend 18 cities with 5 to have 2 in border cities + 2 more for general utility.

25 Knights or better (Current 3 + 11 Ancient Calvary + 13 Gaelic Warriors)
Both AC's and GW's are 3/2/2 vs. the Knight's 4/3/2 So these are suitable substitutes for now... But Ancient Calvary will NOT upgrade to Knights so, we should continue building knights and phase out the Ancient Cavalry.

6 Artillery Units (Current 1 Trebuchet)

3 Galley's or better Naval (current 0)
Not a high priority, but want some on hand to grant us some overseas assault capabilities.

We now have War with the Byzantines, who have salt peter and muskets :ack:

12 of our cities including our capital are undefended :ack:

England is about destroyed (though originally we intended to let them live...)
