Reasons for changes:

We need infrastructure so we can prepare for the next war!!!

Micromanagement:

Bremershaven: Please move two laborers from the irrigated plains to the forest tiles to incread shield produciton.

Eklektochtitlan: Please hire an entertainer from the irrigated desert tile and move the laborer from the hills to the flood plain in order to reactivate WLTKD.

Izibia: Please move the laborer from the forest to the grassland.

Pensacola: Please move the laborers from the forest tiles to irrigated plains tiles so that Pensacola can grow.
 
Our goal is to be the best province in Fanatika! The Southwest Province accounts for roughly 20% of the country's production and about a third of the gold that enters the treasury. My personal goal is to improve on these figures while the province also supplies its fair share of Fanatika's military might.

I'm not sure who our mayors are! Please show yourselves so I can add you in to the first post of this thread. I would be eternally grateful for mayors to supply suggestion for bth build queues and micromanagement of thier cities. As always our queues should reflect the will of our citizens and citizens are encouraged to post any suggestions here.
 
My appointment was confirmed less than twelve hours before the upcoming turn chat so I had no time to go to the citizens for input on the build queues. I hope to be at tonight's chat and will check this thread for suggestions.

I would like to thank FortyJ for nominating me and breaking thecouncil vote tie in favor of my confirmation. I would also like to thank those who voted for me in the council vote.

Congratulations on getting the Governorship of the SWP, donsig. I know you will take good care of it. Maybe now we can stop mining around the road from Eklektochtitlan to Bremershaven and get some irrigation in. Good Luck!

At this time, the only mayor in the province is Civanator(Civanatoria, of course).

BCLG100 and TNG have expressed interest in becoming a mayor.

I myself would like to be considered for mayor of Tlaxcala, as I didn't find it appropriate or necessary to appoint myself to the position last term.

40J, if I'm not mistaken, last time I looked at the save, there was a worker building a mine outside of Tlaxcala. I'll go look again.

Nothing new in the queues except for more units in Bremershaven and and a market in Eklektochtitlan. The are added as the current queues for those cities will run out during the next chat.

Our province grew from 39 to 42 citizens, a 7.7% increase. Happy citizens increased by 5 or 17.2% while unhappy citizens decreased by 50%!

Happy citizens are productive citizens. Our net shield production went from 42 spt to 48 spt, a 14.3% jump.

We have new temples in Cuernavaca and Eklektochtitlan and a new univeristy in Bremershaven. Our cities contribute 35gpt to the treasurty. This is offset by expenses of 19gpt for our cities' buildings leaving a net of 16gpt into the national treasury. Our new temple in Eklektochtitlan was rushed thanks to the approval of Fionn, our domestic advisor. The cost was 128g which represents 8 turns of our province's net proceeds to the treasury. No requests for rushes are currently being made by our province, though in the future we may ask to spend some gold on an aqueduct for New Falcon's Nest since that city cannot grow without one. Cuernavaca will grow once more thanks to the national irrigation project.

Citizen's input on the build queues is always welcomed.

I happily announce the appointment of two new mayors in the Southwest Province:

Donovan Zoi is now the mayor of our provincial capital, Tlaxcala

and

General Falcon02 has consented to become mayor of New Falcon's Nest.

It is particularly exciting that the military leader and his deputy have strong ties to our province.

They join our only incumbent mayor, Civanator, who is mayor of Civanatoria.

Bremershaven, Cuernavaca, Eklektochtitlan, Nocsfiedera and Pensacola still need mayors. Please pm me if interested.
 
As the new Mayor of New Falcon's Nest, I suggest we alternate the build between Knight and Musket, instead of building strickly muskets. I also suggest retasking a worker.

If we move that one worker to the one Furs Forest tile, we will increase the spt and we won't waste food on a city which needs an aqueduct to grow. As you can see we can shread 2 turns off the Knight, which should be useful.

I would like to appoint SKILORD as our Deputy Governor. I think I have to post a poll to have SKILORD confirmed. Unless there is an unexpected clamor against SKILORD's appointment I will post the approval poll tomorrow.
