Governor of New Port City
New Port City, the former Mongol capital, Karakoram, was liberated from the clutches of the evil Khan. Although the citizenry was initially restless, many of the insurgents were imprisoned and eliminated, and we taught them that our brand of democracy is the best way.
These days, the populace happily eats the region's famous clams, while sitting around on the steps of the Academy discussing the latest theories on the meaning of life, the trade of resources, and the possibility of land and people across the western seas. The Khan may have been a cruel, bloodthirsty tyrant, but the legacy of his unexpected love for science lives on in the New Port City Academy.
My vision and strategy for the city centre around an initiative for every family to have 9 children, who will be housed in newly constructed cottages built in the surrounding countryside. Our new granary is already bursting at the seams with bountiful seafood collected under the protection of our lighthouse, and work has begun on a library to help our city become a scientific powerhouse, to eclipse even the great Boaring Wallow, beyond the dreams of the former Khan.
