I would like to apply for deputy, depending on the situation that no one else does and i am not apointed to the Aguen Stables

Governor Bootstoots,

As I'm sure you are aware, the people voted to build Newton's University in your fair city. If the currently queued bank is changed immediately it could be built in 14 turns, or 20 turns following completion of the Bank. No other Civ has started to construct this Wonder. I will do my best to support you in this endevour by allocating a rail gang to rail your mines to improve production. I intend to allocate sufficient workers to lay a section of rail in 1 turn on flat land (12 slaves, 6 Natives, or an equivalent mixture). I hope that this will be to your satisfaction.
