Term 6 Nominations for Governor of Fort Impervious

The Governor of a City is in control of all workers assigned to him/her, and may use them as necessary. The Governor will work with the Minister of the Interior and the other Governors to decide what improvements or units to build. All Governors are members of the Governor's Council, which appoints new Governors, can veto an action by a Cabinet member, and can end a state of mobilization.

Please note that you may nominate any number of citizens for this position, including yourself. A nomination must be accepted by the person who was nominated to be considered valid. You may only accept one nomination, but you may change your mind about accepting and declining a nomination as many times as you like up until the deadline. Candidates will be listed in order of their (last) acceptance in the election poll.

Nominations will close on June 26th at 2:00 PM EDT (18:00 UTC).

Thanks for the n omination, dutchfire, but I have already accepted a nomination for Secretary of War, so I will have to decline this.

I would encourage anyone who does run for this post to consider that FI is in preparation as a GP farm. I'd be interested to hear how any candidates would approach the further development of the city.

Nominations have closed and there are no candidates running. I declare that the office of Governor of Fort Impervious shall be considered VACANT at the start of the next term, which officially begins at midnight on July 1st.
