Term 7 - Nominations

I nominate Matrix for either governor of Tikal or CGN AND second DS for CJ due to his general fairness and flexibility, and the absence of some special teens in this game.

I am still anticipating the CGN decision before I accept.

there's a justice branch? I forgot!

As opposed to the other DG, the Judiciary here is non-interventionist and quiet, due to the strict UN rules and a firm chain of command, so there is less room for interpretation here, thank God.

Cheetah, the other DG is a mess due to some zealous Judiciary, so I migrate here I guess even more. I like to focus on unit intelligence analysis, PsyOps, negotiations, quantifying risk with a high degree of uncertainty, long term military planning and finally I like to have a few responsible offices with a high degree of sufficient control needed to plan with a higher degree of complexity and creativity.

Thanks, Provolution, but I must decline, to both nominations.

I accept the nomination for CoMA, but caution that I am in a major relapse (CFIDS wise) so the turn-player needs to be able to follow general orders (as opposed to specific moves) until I recover (probably 2-4 weeks). Rik is doing a great job at this and I second his nomination (or is it 3rd or 4th?) for CoIA.

I support both Rik and EMP, stability is key, and recently EMP has been doing some headway in making statistical assesments of our provinces, as a COIA should do.

hello every1 i was wondering if I could make points on what I plan to do if Im a elected consul of the military in this thread??

I decline the nomination to COFA, and nominate myself to be the governor of Tikal, as you can see I prepared stats for all of it.

I accept nomination for consul of foreign affairs. ;)

I will do what I can to make sure none of the three civs will have any knowledge of us settling the one tile island. Note that if I win I claim all rights to do any diplomacy. Not because Provolution did something wrong here - irrelevant question. They need to know precisely nada.

They are needed more than ever. We need to elect a government that will fight until the end. A strong government now may mean the difference between fortifying an island and absolute defeat.

I know. This our chance to shine. We have everything against us so the odds weighed against us. If we do get through we know we have earned it and have right away two enemies.

Here are my campaign promisies if I would to be elected:

1) Form the State Defence Council (SDC), consisting of ministers/consuls, this will a more consistant approach to the war effort, allocation of resources and more clearly defined war objectives that can be beneficial in every aspect of our nation. The SDC will also formulate a Grand strategy in which to fight our current war, as one player has stated (cant remember who) that we are simply reactig to the moves of the enemy we must take away their initiative.
2) Expand the Navy, it would seem that so far in our current war the navy has played a key role by diverting resources of manpower and industry from the frontlines to coastal defences, which have eroded our capacity greatly for large offences. I plan with a greatly expanded navy that we lure the enemy to either 1) into a great battle where we destroy the enemy fleet en mass or 2) blockade the fleet into little pieces at a series of the enemies harbours and prevent a breakout and concentration of the enemy fleet.
3) Via the SDC in which I hope the foreign consul/minister to form a series of alliances for other trams to join our war in the form of providing some sorts of an Grand Allied Fleet, this will force the enemy to 1) divert resources of manpower in the form of troopds for fear of an seaborne invasion 2) force their fleet to fight a larger fleet.
4) I wish to concentrate our land forces on the "brazilian front" and lure the immortals on the hill into battle by launching artillary strikes in the form of cataputs which will lower the health of the immortals forcing them accross the border back to their homeland or either attack our armee once defeated I wish to built a fortress on that hill and use it as a staging area for an invasion of the enemy and capturing the enemy fortress in the north of the hill.
5) Id like to request that settleman in No-mans land be stopped once the enemy launches an offensive on the brazilian front with his/her concentrated force we will simply lose these cities and give the enemy an forward staging area to attack our core.
6) Push for a greater alliance with other teams we must emphasis that if we lose this war we will effectivly be a hostage to the enemy and become a satillite state and that we will be cooperative with them in helping them defeat the other teams.

And thats about it please tell me any support or problems u may have with this

My apolgises for the inaccuracies of my above points I have just read the situation of our nation and just realise how invalid some of the above points are.
