Many offices have gone unfilled in the last election. There are only two governors currently in office, and it is our duty as prescribed by the constitution to appoint a chieftain.
If anyone is interested in filling the chieftainship you'll have quite a bit of work in front of you, namely filling the other vacant offices, and resolving the SE Aimag election.
