We are at war....peace will be declared during the next TC for a minmum of 10 turns. We need to be prepared for an attack after that time.
Goals....
1. Find other nations to trade with
2. Get peace and try to build a longer term peace
3. Continue my foriegn policy of building relations with Russia through trade.
4. Help the science minister by making trades for needed techs
