I'm just letting you know that joining a worker which would work as a policeman would get the city to 100spt: 1-turn tanks (or bombers, eventually).

I hear my city is doing great things. Quite the historic city! Top in culture, and first to several types of units. First Rifleman, First Infantry, First Tank. What a proud city it is.
